Conversational Guidance

What the room knows and no one will say.

What This Is:

Conversational Guidance is not therapy. It is a form of consulting and coaching grounded in clinical depth — for people and organizations ready to have the conversation that has not yet happened.

Where therapy works within the clinical frame — diagnosis, treatment, the protected relationship between therapist and client — Conversational Guidance works in the spaces therapy does not reach: the boardroom, the leadership transition, the professional crossroads, the team whose silence has become its culture. It brings the same relational precision and psychological depth to contexts that are not clinical but are no less consequential.

This is not motivational coaching. It is not strategy consulting. It is the willingness to see what the system is doing, to name it without flinching, and to stay in the conversation long enough for something more accurate to emerge.

For over twenty years, I have listened for what people carry but will not say.

I have sat across from executives whose teams perform brilliantly and trust nothing. I have worked with founders

whose companies outgrew them before they could name what shifted. I have been in rooms where the strategy was

flawless and something still wasn’t moving — because the real conversation had never happened.

Who This Is For:

Leaders

Executives and senior leaders who sense that what’s stalling isn’t strategy but something unnamed in the relational field. You have tried executive coaching. You have tried strategy offsites. The problem persists because it is not a strategy problem.

Teams

Teams whose performance is high, but whose trust is low — where the gap between what’s said in meetings and what’s said after meetings has become the defining feature of the culture.

Organizations

Organizations undergoing structural change, mergers, or cultural reckonings around race, gender, power, and belonging. Compliance frameworks are insufficient. Something more honest is required.

Individuals at a Crossroads

Founders, clinicians, creatives whose growth has outpaced their current frame. You need a thinking partner with clinical precision, not platitudes.

HOW I WORK

I do not arrive with a methodology to impose. I arrive with the capacity to see what the system is doing, to name it, and to hold the discomfort long enough for something more accurate to emerge.

Executive coaching grounded in psychological depth — the interior architecture of leadership.

Team and group process consultation — working with what happens between people in real time.

Organizational guidance on culture, conflict, and transition.

Leadership development that accounts for the emotional realities of power.

Keynote speaking and facilitation that require the room to shift.

THE DIFFERENCE

Most consulting firms optimize for efficiency. Most coaching practices optimize for comfort. I optimize for truth.
