I speak at conferences, lead retreats, and facilitate professional gatherings that require more than information delivery — that require the room to shift.
Topics include: the self of the therapist, intersectionality in clinical practice, group process and power dynamics, organizational culture and belonging, and the outsider epistemology — what the person made hypervisible sees that the room refuses to.
Speaking and facilitation engagements are by inquiry.
Retreats are the discovery path for the Conversation Circle.
Many participants in the Conversation Circle first experienced this work at a retreat.
